Our founder
Anna has spent the past 16 years building and scaling beauty brands across startups, growth-stage companies, and global organizations. She has led initiatives across go-to-market strategy, international expansion, retail partnerships, and operational execution — working at the intersection of brand vision and commercial performance.
Having operated inside both founder-led businesses and large prestige brands, Anna understands the realities of growth from multiple angles. She partners closely with founders and leadership teams to bring clarity to complex decisions, align teams around a clear strategy, and build the structure needed to scale sustainably.
She holds an MBA in Finance from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
